Operations Support – Apprentice Position

We are looking for a fabulous Administrator to undergo an apprenticeship with Bedspace to support our Operations Support team in the Liverpool office. You will help with all aspects of front office support, administration ensuring our Service Delivery team have all the help they need to allow them to concentrate on the service users they support.

A growing team spread across all our offices, we need someone organised and accurate who loves people, a busy working environment and can cope with the unexpected!

 

About you

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion about working within this sector and be keen to learn further administrative duties as the apprenticeship progresses. You will make sure every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic manner. Learn to process staff rotas, adding data input onto Property Management Systems and internal bespoke system, so attention to detail is a must. Filtering and distributing incoming post and emails. Assisting colleagues with the preparation of meetings and events. You will ensure all general enquiries (email, face-to-face, telephone and letters) are responded to in a sensitive and timely manner, in accordance with procedures and directing difficult/complex enquiries to the appropriate staff.  

You will assist in completing key audits, ensuring property management systems are continually up to date. Whilst undertaking main reception duties as and when required and assist in any other duties as directed by Line Manager.

Essential

•             Competent user of IT systems including basic knowledge of Microsoft work & excel.
