In light of International Stress Awareness Week, last month, our Wellbeing Champions went to Delamere Forest to discuss further ways they can offer information and support to our team and the young people we work with.

They had a fantastic day out in the fresh air, discussing how they can make sure that the resources we offer are as accessible as possible. They also talked about what kinds of support our team would like to see in their workplace, and from their champions.

"From a recent survey among our teams, stress was highlighted as a key area for the Wellbeing Champions to reflect on in the support we hope to provide in the future. We have been brainstorming and have come up with some exciting and positive implementations that we are excited to share in the new year!" - Megan Gardner (Wellbeing Champion) 💙
