The idea of the âmost depressing day of the yearâ is nothing more than a marketing stunt from 2005âdesigned to sell holidays. Thereâs no science behind it, and it certainly doesnât reflect the realities of mental health.
At Bedspace, we know that mental health isnât dictated by a day on the calendar. What does make a difference, is taking time to check in with one another, share a cup of tea (or coffee!), and have a proper chat.
So, this Brew Monday, why not:
