🌤 Let’s flip the script on so-called “Blue Monday” and make it Brew Monday instead!
The idea of the “most depressing day of the year” is nothing more than a marketing stunt from 2005—designed to sell holidays. There’s no science behind it, and it certainly doesn’t reflect the realities of mental health.
At Bedspace, we know that mental health isn’t dictated by a day on the calendar. What does make a difference, is taking time to check in with one another, share a cup of tea (or coffee!), and have a proper chat.
So, this Brew Monday, why not:
