At Bedspace, we believe in setting our team up for success from day one! Our brand-new four-day induction is designed to equip everyone—from support workers to office staff—with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive! 

 

Day One welcomes everyone, offering insights into who we are, what we do, our values, and our code of conduct. The remaining days focus on trauma-informed care, safeguarding, and professional boundaries, particularly for front-facing roles, giving our new starters skills that will not only enhance their professional journey but make a real impact on the lives of those we support and care for.

 

 

Inclusivity is at the heart of everything we do. Our case studies reflect the diverse individuals we care for and support, right down to the names we use—ensuring everyone feels seen and valued. We also cater to all learning styles with interactive simulations, group discussions, and quizzes, as well as providing sensory aids and regular breaks for neurodiverse team members.
