Emergency On-Call

Our emergency on-call service covers every type of accommodation we provide, and it gives commissioners and service users the vital peace of mind that comes from knowing we’re available 24/7 at a moment’s notice.  A trained staff member will answer the call, and they’ll either handle the emergency over the phone, on site in person, or by directing the caller to the right agency or service.
