Supported Tenancy

Our Supported Tenancy placements suit service users who need less intensive input than our Solo provision, but still need the reassurance of knowing they’re in decent housing, supported by a skilled worker. The properties we use for Supported Tenancies have all been rigorously inspected and meet our strict criteria for safety, security, comfort and condition, outlined here.  On top of that, a named Support Worker will provide regular help and guidance on an outreach basis, delivering a carefully tailored programme to give the tenant all the skills they need for enjoying sustained independent living.
