In light of International Men’s Day tomorrow, we wanted to share one of our incredible role models, Mat Barber, and all the incredible work he has done last month supporting the Physical Disability Rugby League World Cup. 🏉💙

 

IMD and the month of November are all about coming together to have meaningful conversations about Men’s Mental Health and highlighting the amazing male role-models in our lives. This is an important time to work as a society to remove the negative stigma surrounding men speaking out!

 

We are so thankful that #TeamBedspace is full of men who are empathetic, empowering and true role models for each other and the young people we work with.

 

Volunteering and being able to give back to vulnerable communities in this way is such an important aspect of our values. We are so proud that we could empower Mat to follow his passions! Happy International Men's Day and we hope you enjoy reading this wonderful story below.
