We recently held a meaningful Residential Team meeting with a special guest: one of the young people we support. 🤝

 

He joined us to share his insights on his Bedspace journey, telling us what he values most from our support and what he hopes to see more (and less!) of as he works towards independence.

 

Reflecting on his experience, he shared: "My staff really care about me and are doing an amazing job in showing me how to be independent." 🗣

 

 

A huge thank you to our committed staff who travelled as far as 2.5 hours from Carlisle to attend – a true testament to their dedication. Head of Service Delivery, Aisling White, also joined us, with Regional Managers Wade Reid and Jodie Murray organising alongside our Residential Team Managers and Leaders.
