We're proud to announce that our Co-Owner, Chris Wareing, recently spoke at a webinar with tri.x, alongside Dawn Sentance and Sarah Paul, to discuss our experience with the Ofsted registration process as a Supported Accommodation Provider and what to expect with future inspections.

Chris shared insights from our journey, being part of the pilot Ofsted registration, and emphasised why registration is crucial for the sector:

"It's so important that all providers become registered and accountable for what we do, because we are caring for people in need of support. They deserve the opportunity to develop, grow, and achieve the best possible life."

The webinar also highlighted how Bedspace supports young people through our person-centred pathway — from Children's Homes to Group Living, Trainer Flats, Supported Tenancy and more —recognising that no two journeys are the same. Chris and tri.x have collaborated to provide a suite of resources, including policies and guidance, to help providers navigate the new Supported Living Regulations.

At Bedspace, we proudly use tri.x for our operational policies across both Children’s Homes and our Supported Living services. This partnership helps us ensure quality support as we continue to lead in this exciting new chapter of regulation, striving to help people thrive and achieve independence.
