Bedspace are hoping to progress a winter shoe box initiative for the homeless across the North West and Yorkshire. This is our first year doing this but we hope to make this an annual initiative that can only progress with more local businesses on board.

At present our thoughts are that the shoe box should consist of thermals to help for warmth, essential toiletries and a snack and drink (feedback welcome).

Bedspace support workers and management teams will distribute these amongst local cities and towns.

We would genuinely appreciate any local businesses and agencies that would like to help support this initiative in any way they can. Please can you also share this appeal.

We understand this is short notice and times are uncertain, if you can’t support this year, we plan to do this every year so hope to be able to discuss this in advance in 2021.
