With over 30 years of experience in the housing sector, Mark will oversee the management of our growing property portfolio in the North West and beyond, ensuring that our properties comply with industry standards and regulations.

In particular, Mark will play a key role in helping Bedspace meet the impending OFSTED regulations in the sector, ensuring that our services continue providing the highest level of care and support to all our children and young people. 

Mark's extensive experience in the sector, including working with over 50 different local authorities and Manchester City Council's housing team, makes him the perfect fit to help us continue to grow and develop our housing services.
