Solo Placements Support Worker - Bradford

To add to our existing team of amazing and dedicated staff, we are seeking to recruit a Solo Placements Support Worker.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with vulnerable people. You will have a genuine interest working within this sector and will be looking for a challenging but rewarding role. You will have proven experience working with young people within different environments. Your focus will be supporting vulnerable young people with 24/7 placements and can expect to work rolling shifts.

Essential:

Previous experience working in a Supported Living or care setting with Vulnerable people

Computer literate

Desirable:

Experience working with young people with challenging behaviour and complex issues

Hold a valid UK driving licence and be a car owner

Knowledge of Safeguarding requirements and procedures

NVQ Level 3 looking after Children & young people or equivalent
