HR & Training Administrator

Due to continued growth and expansion, Bedspace now has an exciting opportunity for an HR and Training Administrator to join our Bedspace family on a permanent basis.

We’re looking for a proactive and friendly HR Administrator with specific interest and experience in recruitment and training. We want to embed our online applicant tracking system so involvement in this is key. You will be part of a small and friendly HR team with career progression opportunities for the future if desired.

We’re looking for someone that has a passion for what we do, transforming the lives of some of the most vulnerable young people. You will help us recruit like-minded people, ensure we are compliant in our recruitment and get involved in lots of other HR activity!

You will be adaptable, flexible, proactive and forward thinking. You will also require excellent interpersonal skills and a positive and enthusiastic approach. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines are also essential requirements.

This role can be based remotely from home in Manchester or Liverpool, however you must be able to travel to both offices on a regular basis as well as Yorkshire if required. Due to this, access to a vehicle and willingness to travel are essential.

Hours of work will be 37.5 hours a week Monday – Friday. Flexible arrangements and part time hours will also be considered.
