Senior Maintenance Operative

To add to our existing team of dedicated staff, Bedspace are seeking to recruit a Senior Maintenance Operative.

This is a permanent position and will be based throughout the North West. The hours can be flexible but may require some evening and weekend work depending on the needs of the business.

Due to the area this role covers, it is an essential requirement to hold a full UK driving licence.

Job Purpose:

To be responsible for the delivery of maintenance services across all properties, ensuring a high quality service is maintained and health and safety standards met to facilitate Bedspace’s support of vulnerable young people.

Principal Accountabilities:

· Manage void properties ensuring a swift and efficient turnaround.

· Maintain Bedspace Lettability standards in all properties, ensuring a high quality of work in all duties carried out.

· Ensure all work is carried out according to Bedspace’s health & safety policy and safe working practices.

· Meet KPIs and targets for repairs and void turnarounds.
