Marketing and Business Development Assistant

Due to continued growth and expansion, Bedspace now has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Business Development Assistant to join our Bedspace family.  We’re looking for an experienced, creative and ambitious professional to work alongside our Assistant Director of Business Development, Andy Brooks. 

A newly created role, this will allow you to help us shape our communications and marketing activity to strengthen the Bedspace brand. You will have skills across the full marketing mix and be experienced in leading successful, multichannel campaigns, developing content for web and social, and working with data and insight to plan, deliver and evaluate your work.

This is an exciting role and you’ll be joining us as we implement new technologies and strategies to support effective and targeted business development. 

We’re looking for someone that has a passion for what we do transforming the lives of some of the most vulnerable young people.  You will help us explore new ideas, in a creative and friendly working environment, and will have plenty of opportunity to help shape the future of what we do.   You will be adaptable, flexible, proactive and forward thinking. You will also require excellent interpersonal skills and a positive and enthusiastic approach. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines are also essential requirements. 

We can offer the opportunity for remote working, however you must be able to travel to our sites in Manchester and Liverpool on a regular basis as well as Yorkshire when required.  37.5 hours a week Monday – Friday, the annual salary for the role will be in the region of £23-26k per year.  We have some great staff benefits in place too!
